WiLAN Subsidiary Signs Agreement with Security Camera Manufacturer

OTTAWA, ON, June 23, 2021 /PRNewswire/ - Wi-LAN Inc. ("WiLAN"), a Quarterhill Inc. ("Quarterhill") company (TSX: QTRH) (OTCQX: QTRHF), today announced that WiLAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Security Video Camera Systems Inc. ("SVCS"), has entered into a license agreement with a leading security video and solution provider. The license covers various security video technologies.
The consideration payable to SVCS and all other terms of the license agreement are confidential.
