Patrick Sallee Pens New Book for C-suite Leaders Who Struggle With Isolation

Sallee's book includes his own inspirational true story of an unhealthy lifestyle, alcoholism, leading up to time spent in jail where he began to discover the sources of his behavior and related mental health. He uses his experiences in and around his time in solitary confinement to show the reader how to deconstruct their silo and reassess priorities. He also explores how leaders can own their mistakes, collaborate with more openness, and delegate with more confidence.
