Evan Solomon to be the new Publisher of GZERO Media and member of the Eurasia Group Management Committee

Evan Solomon is one of Canada's best known, award-winning political journalists, with decades of experience creating programming and platforms on TV, radio, podcasting, digital and print.
NEW YORK, Oct. 3, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Eurasia Group is very pleased to announce the appointment of Evan Solomon as the new Publisher of GZERO Media and member of the Management Committee of Eurasia Group. This is a critical step in achieving our strategic goals to expand our diverse media platforms and reach a broader audience around the world.
For over 25 years, Solomon has been one of Canada's pre-eminent journalists, most recently as the host of both CTV News Channel's benchmark nightly political program "Power Play" and of the most watched political TV show in Canada, the Sunday morning program "Question Period." He was also the host of the iHeartRadio/Bell Media daily nationally syndicated radio program "The Evan Solomon Show."
Solomon has a long history of building brands and creating programs, starting as the co-founder of the pioneering Shift Magazine, an international magazine about digital culture, and as the founder of the Sirius XM show and podcast "Everything is Political." ?Solomon has also hosted the PBS series "Masters of Technology" and CBC shows such as "Power and Politics," "CBC News: Sunday," "The House," and "FutureWorld". He has reported on events around the world from places such as Europe, Asia and Iran, and has interviewed key political figures from prime ministers and presidents to the Dalai Lama. ??
