BatchService bolsters leadership team to accelerate growth across the real estate ecosystem

BatchService has announced three new leadership appointments to advance its customer-centric product offering, accelerate growth across the organization, and enhance the employee experience.
PHOENIX, Oct. 13, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- BatchService, a leading SaaS provider for the real estate industry and a certified Best Place to Work, has announced three new leadership appointments to advance its customer-centric product offering, accelerate growth across the organization, and enhance the employee experience.
"With the rapid growth of our business and the opportunities we've identified across the real estate ecosystem, we recognize the importance of building a strong and experienced leadership team," said BatchService CEO Jesse Burrell. "We're excited to announce two well-deserved promotions in key areas of our business and the addition of a proven human resources leader."
Charles Parra has been promoted to Chief Product Officer. Hired as the Vice President of Product Management in April 2021, he has been instrumental in leading the maturation of the product strategy and expediting time to market across the solution portfolio. Parra has nearly 30 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with expertise in product strategy, development and scalability.
Preston Zeller has been promoted to Chief Growth Officer. He brings more than 12 years of marketing leadership experience with high-growth SaaS and tech consultancies, including ZoomInfo and A Cloud Guru. Zeller joined BatchService in February 2022 as Vice President of Marketing & Growth. In his first year with the organization, Zeller has built an experienced leadership team, established a revenue operations function, and improved conversion throughout the marketing funnel.
Khaled Hamade joins BatchService as Vice President of People Operations. Hamade brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience to the role, including leadership roles with technology companies and experience working with fast-paced, global organizations. At BatchService, Hamade is responsible for leading talent management, training and development, and the human resources department.
Founded in 2018, BatchService is headquartered in Phoenix and has more than 260 employees across 20 countries. The company offers a suite of turnkey real estate software solutions for investors, agents, lenders, title companies, home services, and property technology providers.
