New Rugged High-Value xTablet T1185 Introduced by Industry Leader MobileDemand

Leading provider of rugged tablets, MobileDemand, announces the release of the all-new xTablet T1185. The high-value tablet is designed to accommodate a multitude of productivity enhancing accessories.
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa, Nov. 15, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- MobileDemand, provider of rugged tablets, cases, and mobile all-in-one computing solutions for enterprise productivity, today announced the launch of the Windows-based xTablet T1185. The device will serve as a complementary replacement tablet for the xTablet T1180 by year end.
The new xTablet T1185 is built using the same rugged chassis as the T1180, but now includes an Intel® N Series Pentium N6415 Quad Core processor - boasting approximately 60% more processing power than the Intel 8th Generation Core i5-8200Y processor included in the T1180.
Built tough for tough environments
The high resolution 10.1-inch, 550 NIT multi-touch display ensures the device thrives in both indoor and outdoor environments. The device meets MIL-STD-810G drop test standards from 5-feet and is IP65 sealed to withstand dust and water, providing efficiency and technology investment protection.
With the end user in mind, the tablet features an ergonomic glove-fitting back hand strap and convenient briefcase handle, making the tablet easy to carry and hold securely, reducing its chance of being dropped.

Productivity enhancements
The device is compatible with all the same productivity enhancing add-ons the T1180 offered, including integrated Honeywell N6703 Barcode Scanners and rf IDEAS RFID/NFC modules. All existing batteries and other accessories are fully compatible with the new device as well. Further, the T1185 can be mounted virtually anywhere thanks to the ingenious snap mount plate, included with every xTablet. Used in conjunction with the patented Quick Release Snap Mount System, mounting to counters, carts, walls, forklifts, vehicles and so much more is simply a snap.
The device comes standard with the latest Windows 11 Professional operating system. Windows LSTC 2021 is available by request, and Windows 10 Pro Downgrade available on request for a limited time.
