The Sorcero and OurResearch Partnership Breaks Down Publication Paywalls, Leveraging AI and Alternative Metrics to Transform Research
WASHINGTON, Jan. 26, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Sorcero, a leading provider of medical analytics solutions for life sciences, announced today that it has partnered with OurResearch, a non-profit organization building open-source, open-data services to make scholarly research more accessible. Together, they aim to help life science companies improve patient outcomes by leveraging open sources of evidence and product safety.
OurResearch is the developer of OpenAlex, a search engine built on an index of over 250 million publications and over 40 million open access (OA) articles. Sorcero aggregates OpenAlex with all other research and data sources used by life sciences to provide the industry's largest set of scientific content and data.
Sorcero's business applications suite provides natural language search and filtering, data visualization, automated recommendations and summarization to help life science teams find, consume and synthesize research at speed and scale. Dashboards track the reach and impact of articles over time.
