EXA Capital Acquires MTW Solutions, developers of GMS, Harvest and COMPAS

EXA Capital, the long-term focused software company acquirors and operators, today announced its acquisition of MTW Solutions, specialized software providers for state government agencies, focusing on Grant Management solutions.
AUSTIN, Texas, March 22, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- EXA Capital, the long-term focused software company acquirors and operators, today announced its acquisition of MTW Solutions, specialized software providers for state government agencies, focusing on Grant Management solutions.
For nearly two decades, MTW Solutions has been dedicated to helping the nations' largest state government agencies with grant management solutions through their flagship GMS product. Other specialized software solutions by MTW include Harvest(TM), a child nutrition management platform, and COMPAS(TM), a UI Tax audits software solution.
