ICZOOM Group Inc. Announces Change of Independent Auditor

SHENZHEN, China, April 25, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- ICZOOM Group Inc. (Nasdaq: IZM) (the "Company" or "ICZOOM"), a B2B e-commerce trading platform primarily engaged in sales of electronic component products in Hong Kong and mainland China, today announced it has changed its independent auditor from Friedman LLP ("Friedman") to Audit Alliance LLP ("Audit Alliance").
After careful consideration and evaluation, the Company appointed Audit Alliance and the decision was approved by the Company's Board of Directors and the Audit Committee, effective April 3, 2023. The Company's decision to change its auditor was unrelated to any disagreement between the Company and Friedman regarding accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.
The Company is working closely with its former independent auditor, Friedman, and Audit Alliance to ensure a seamless transition.
