Crossfuze to Pass Ownership of ServiceNow Guru Website to Founder Mark Stanger in $1 Sale

The website, founded by Stanger and maintained in recent years by Crossfuze, has served as a valuable resource for the ServiceNow community since the early days of the industry.
MINNEAPOLIS, May 16, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Crossfuze, a ServiceNow Elite Partner, today announced the end of its stewardship of the valued ServiceNow Guru website (SNGuru.com) after reaching an agreement with the website's founder, Mark Stanger, to return ownership for the nominal price of $1. The terms of sale are representative of one of Crossfuze's core principles: commitment to learning, growth and development of the ServiceNow community.

Crossfuze acquired?ServiceNow Guru?from Stanger in 2017 as part of the acquisition of his company.
