The Internet Society Announces New Appointment to the Public Interest Registry Board of Directors

WASHINGTON, May 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Internet Society today announced the appointment of Seun Ojedeji to the Public Interest Registry (PIR) Board of Directors and the reappointment of Lena Beck Rørvig and Mike Silber. All three will begin new three-year terms in June 2025. The Internet Society Board also reappointed PIR President and CEO Jonathon Nevett to serve an additional one-year term.
Seun Ojedeji is a senior technology executive and board director with over a decade of experience in Internet governance, DNS operations, and nonprofit leadership. He has a proven track record of advancing strategic initiatives, fostering global stakeholder engagement, and providing governance oversight in the domain name ecosystem.
Keith Davidson, who has served on the PIR Board since 2019, has concluded his second term. The Board is grateful for his dedication, insight, and many contributions to PIR's mission over the years.

-- Seun Ojedeji, technology executive and former Board Director at AFRINIC
