Despite a Brutal Year for Startups, Technology Firm Succeeds to Raise a Large Sum of Capital in 2023

Utilizing a debt structure, 3&1 Fund provided a compelling alternative to traditional equity-based Venture Capital financing which will boost Vita Inclinata Technologies' expansion initiatives.
