"So much has changed and grown over the years in ways that I could never have imagined."
When asked to describe her most eventful and exciting experience over the last 15 years, Giangi reflected on being invited by the Food Network in 2022 to appear on Guy's Grocery Games hosted by the legendary Guy Fieri.
"When I received the call from the Food Network it was one of those moments where I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming," commented Giangi, whose vast inventory of recipes can be quickly and easily searched by course, cuisine, occasion, season, or type (affordable gourmet, under 45 minutes, and recipe roundups). "I've never had so much fun and stress all at once. And yes, you do have to come up with something within 30 minutes, and Guy Fieri is the kindest man ever."
Giangi was also quick to point out that the most powerful driving force behind the success of GiangisKitchen.com is her growing ranks of fans and followers around the world.
"I cannot underestimate how important my community of readers and visitors have been since the beginning," commented Giangi. "Without them, I would not be here doing what I love so much. Just knowing that they are eagerly looking forward to new recipes and tips inspires me to work hard. It really is a labor of love."
Giangi also shared some advice for those who are thinking of starting their own entrepreneurial journey, but may lack the confidence to move ahead.
"Every morning, I read a daily motto: Stay focused, determined, consistent, grounded, and grateful," stated Giangi, who completely re-designed GiangisKitchen.com about a year ago to make it even more functional, engaging, and visitor-friendly." Being a digital creator takes much more than luck; it takes determination, long hours, and, most of all, passion. Love for what you do will never look or feel like work. Once you decide that this, whatever you choose to do, give yourself to it fully with all of your heart and soul. The rewards are endless, and the little achievements are as huge as the big ones.
