She is the founder of Sounding Board Compliance, an advisory firm that provides strategic guidance to corporate officers, board members, and compliance professionals. Karen also co-designed and teaches a foundational course in corporate compliance as an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law. A recognized thought leader, she is a frequent speaker on compliance issues and a regular panelist on the award-winning podcast, Everything Compliance.
