Advanced AI ensures detailed and accurate inspection of solder quality, enhancing reliability and reducing false positives to achieve zero defects.
OMRON 3D CT Automated X-Ray machines maintain a fast inline cycle-time and complete coverage of the entire PCB, while providing high-quality results of the most challenging applications including Generative AI PCBs, eAxle components, and Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors. Our smart factory tool, QupNavi+Opti, empowers engineers with real-time process monitoring tools--from SPI to AXI--to optimize quality and efficiency across the entire production line.
