SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Vehere, a new-age cybersecurity software company, recently announced the induction of Dr. Meera Walia as an Independent Director to its Board. Dr. Walia brings over 40 years of extensive medical expertise, specializing in General Medicine and Ophthalmology, with a distinguished career spanning India, the USA, the UK, and the Middle East.

Dr. Walia was also involved in Life Insurance and Reinsurance, both front-end and offshoring, and in the design and development of clinical trial protocols in all phases of ethical conduct and monitoring of multi-center trials. Prior to joining Vehere, Dr. Walia was leading the Research and Analytics operations for a prominent multinational pharmaceuticals company at WNS. She has also been associated with renowned organizations like Aviva India and Genpact and was a commissioned officer in the Indian Army and the Royal Army of Oman in primary and secondary care.
