Brightspeed launches new fiber customer pricing and offers for super-fast connectivity
CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 5, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Brightspeed, the nation's third-largest fiber broadband builder focused on empowering more homes and businesses with ultrafast, reliable internet, launched special pricing and offers for new Brightspeed Fiber Internet residential customers and existing residential customers who upgrade their plan.*
Customers have a variety of service options to choose from to decide what's right for their family, including:
-- The base Brightspeed fiber plan at 200 Mbps offers fast and reliable
connection at an affordable cost. Current special pricing for this fiber
internet plan is $29 per month for the first six months of service for
new Brightspeed customers. Current Brightspeed DSL and/or phone service
customers who subscribe to 200Mbps service will get the first month of
service free.¹
-- For HD streaming and competitive gaming, the superfast 500Mbps fiber
plan is best for anyone seeking a speed boost or larger households with
multiple devices. New Brightspeed Fiber Internet customers subscribing
to 500Mbps service get a $20 per month credit for the first 12
months.(¹) Current Brightspeed DSL and/or phone service customers who
subscribe to 500Mbps fiber service get the first month free and a $100
gift card.²
-- Brightspeed's most popular plan -- the 1Gig. This plan, with speeds up
to 940Mbps, is made for multiple high-bandwidth users, like households
that need ultrafast speeds for streaming multiple HD videos, online
video meetings and avid gaming. New Brightspeed Fiber Internet customers
who subscribe to 1Gig service get the first month free and a $100 gift
card. Current Brightspeed DSL and/or phone service customers who
subscribe to 1Gig service get the first month free and a $100 gift card.
-- Brightspeed's fastest plan yet -- the 2Gig. This plan is best for anyone
seeking state-of-the-art connectivity that can handle dozens of devices
at once. New Brightspeed Fiber Internet customers who subscribe to 2Gig
service get first month free and a $200 gift card. Current Brightspeed
DSL and/or phone service customers who upgrade to 2Gig service get the
first month free.
Additionally, new customers subscribing to 2Gig service will receive $20 Brightspeed Streaming Credits each month for 12 months and new customers subscribing to 1Gig service will receive $20 Brightspeed Streaming Credits each month for six months.³ Customers can activate Brightspeed Streaming Credits through MyBundle, the premier online platform connecting consumers, streaming services, and broadband providers with tools to simplify streaming television, available to all Brightspeed Fiber Internet customers.
Eligible new Brightspeed Fiber Internet customers will receive an email once their internet service is installed with instructions on how to create a MyBundle account and activate and use their monthly $20 streaming credits. After the customer activates the promotion, the $20 Streaming Credit will automatically be deposited into their MyBundle account each month. Credits do not roll over from month to month.
