New website provides details, news, updates and written input "This Nightmare Is Out of Control" submitted directly to SEC Crypto Task Force.
HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, Fla., March 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Fresh off its return from the Freeing Howey Investment Contract Summit held in Howey-in-the-Hills, FL over the weekend, the SEC whistleblower group officially announced the launch of its website for details, news, and updates. The website is accessible by various relevant domain names such as SECwhistleblown.com, TheWhistleIsBlown.com, FreeingHowey.com, and InvestmentContracts.com.
The group also announced its submission of its written input to the SEC Crypto Task Force on Tuesday. The document has not yet been published on the SEC's written input section, but it can be found on the group's website. Titled "This Nightmare Is Out of Control," the bold and strongly worded document states that with regard to the "Howey Test" and "investment contract" claims by the SEC, "everyone has been wrong, and we mean everyone."
"The basis for that statement," says Justin W. Keener, "is that Incredibly, other than me and my team, it seems that the entire world is completely oblivious to what is actually happening."
