It's all about the milk! Full power for milk production - noax industrial panel PCs keep the processes at Milchwerk Jäger running!
Wednesday, April 2, 2025
EBERSBERG, Germany and BAVARIA, Germany, March 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Milchwerk Jäger, Germany's oldest private dairy, relies on digitalisation and robust IT technology. In order to meet the high demands of food production, the company has been relying on the robust industrial panel PCs from noax since 2019. There are now 30 devices in continuous operation, ensuring maximum efficiency, process stability and transparency in production.
The demanding production environment in the dairy presented insurmountable problems with the conventional IT solutions. Corrosive salts, high humidity and extreme operating conditions led to rapid wear and tear on the conventional PCs. Milchwerk Jäger was looking for a robust alternative and decided in favor of the Bavarian manufacturer's industrial panel PCs. 'With noax, we found the devices we wanted: 100% reliability, no production downtimes and therefore complete satisfaction,' explains Christoph Landenhammer from Milchwerk Jäger.
The noax industrial panel PCs are characterized by their closed design with protection class IP66 and can easily withstand moisture, dust and corrosive substances. With their hardened multi-touch screen, the terminals can be operated intuitively even when wearing gloves - a decisive advantage in hygienically demanding production environments. Head of IT Thomas Kahn emphasizes: "With noax, the workmanship, stability and reliability are top notch - it's impressive how well the devices work even when wearing gloves."
The use of noax industrial panel PCs has not only improved reliability, but also accelerated the digital transformation of production processes. The high level of transparency has eliminated sources of error and significantly increased efficiency. "Previously, the biggest problem was overproduction, which resulted from the lack of transparency. The coordination of the various packing tables was always very poor... by using the terminals, we now have very good transparency and overproduction is close to zero".
Thanks to the high reliability of noax industrial panel PCs and the first-class customer service, Milchwerk Jäger will continue to work closely with noax in the future. Managing Director Hermann Jäger emphasizes: "The decision for noax Panel PCs was a big win. The robust and reliable technology has helped us to optimize our processes and increase efficiency. We are highly satisfied with noax's performance and look forward to a continued successful partnership".
This success story proves once again that noax industrial panel PCs are the ideal solution for companies that rely on robust, hygienic and durable IT solutions.
