Freestone Appoints Mark Zikra as Vice President

NEW YORK, April 1, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Freestone Property Group, a leading full-service property management company headquartered in New York City, today announced the appointment of Mark Zikra as Vice President. Mr. Zikra will lead Freestone's operations, compliance and resident success teams. He will oversee the implementation of emerging technologies, including AI and predictive analytics, to streamline processes, increase automation and strengthen overall operations. The appointment underscores Freestone's commitment to invest in talent and technology to positively impact the resident experience and create enduring value for all stakeholders.

Mr. Zikra was previously Head of Innovation at August Hill where he was an advisor to early-stage prop tech companies. Prior to this role, Mr. Zikra served as Senior Vice President of Technology and Innovation for CA Student Living, where he designed and built the firm's global technology and innovation infrastructure and managed the company's innovation lab, software services and technology services teams.
