Stardock Entertainment Appoints Trevor Laupmanis as President of Studios

PLYMOUTH, Mich., March 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Stardock Entertainment, a leading developer and publisher of innovative strategy and simulation games, today announced the hiring of Trevor Laupmanis as President of Studios. In this role, Trevor will oversee development pipelines, lead product expansion initiatives for new and current Stardock intellectual property (IP), and help shape team culture at Stardock.
Trevor brings more than two decades of experience in the game industry working at Microsoft. There he served in multiple roles including Studio Director for the Forza Motorsport franchise, uniquely equipping him to execute a vision for Stardock Entertainment that best serves both developers and players. With experience leading a billion-dollar franchise, Trevor brings a strong background of expertise in scouting and executing growth opportunities for Stardock IP.
He joins Stardock after a banner 2024, which was driven by major game releases and strategic team expansions. The company bucked the broader industry downsizing trend, expanding its team by nearly 50% and doubling revenue year-over-year.
