SRM Equity Partners Acquires RF Technologies, a Leader in Safety and Security Solutions for Healthcare and Senior Living

BROOKFIELD, Wis., June 11, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- SRM Equity Partners ("SRM"), an operationally focused private equity firm, announced that it has acquired RF Technologies ("RFT"), a leading provider of advanced safety and security technology solutions. The transaction became effective on June 5, 2025.
RF Technologies has been a pioneer in safety technology and a leader in Real Time Location Systems ("RTLS") since 1987. As one of the largest developers of safety solutions for healthcare, senior living, education, and hospitality, RFT operates with the belief that safety is not just a solution, it's the standard. The company's comprehensive suite of offerings includes CODE ALERT(®), which provides nurse call, fall detection, and wander management; SAFE PLACE(®), designed for patient, staff, and asset protection; HELP ALERT(®), a staff duress system; and SENSATEC(®), a line of advanced fall management products. Headquartered in Brookfield, Wisconsin, RFT's facility brings together software and hardware engineering, product development, and manufacturing, and is home to a dedicated team of over 140 employees.
