JDM Technology Group Expands Presence in Norway with Acquisition of Infotech AS

BERGEN, Norway, July 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- JDM Technology Group, a global leader in construction software solutions, has acquired Infotech AS, a Bergen-based company specializing in construction site software for the Nordic construction industry. The transaction closed on July 3, 2025, with approval from Infotech's Chairman Dag Haugen. Terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 1993, Infotech has earned a strong reputation in Norway for its easy-to-use construction solutions. Its products are developed in-house and designed specifically for the Norwegian and broader Nordic markets. The company's mission is to help construction firms save time and money while enhancing safety and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The acquisition strengthens JDM Technology Group's presence in the Nordic region, where it already owns Rendra AS, and?Safran Solutions. Infotech will continue to operate as a separate brand under the leadership of its current CEO, Eirik Ree, ensuring continuity for its customers and employees.
