Sphinx Acquires Enigma, Strengthening Advanced Cybersecurity and Intelligence Solutions

FAIRFAX, Va., July 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Sphinx, a leading developer of Counterintelligence (CI) and cyber tools for the digital battlefield, proudly announces the acquisition of Enigma International. The addition of Enigma's language and systems development capabilities enhances Sphinx's mission to deliver unparalleled protection against advanced threat actors for defense and commercial security clients. Enigma brings several key contracts, such as the GSA OASIS+ and DIA DLITE II vehicles, that will provide even greater Federal Government access for Sphinx.
