Woven Solutions Announces Strategic Investment from Falfurrias Management Partners

RESTON, Va. and CHARLOTTE, N.C., Aug. 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Woven Solutions, a leading provider of technology and software solutions for the national security community, today announced a strategic investment from Falfurrias Management Partners ("Falfurrias"), a private equity firm focused on partnering with growth-oriented, middle-market businesses. This partnership marks a major milestone in Woven's evolution and will provide the resources, capital, and strategic support to accelerate Woven's ability to develop advanced technical solutions for mission partners' most critical and demanding needs.

Equity for this investment comes from Falfurrias Capital Partners VI, an operationally focused lower middle market fund, and builds on the firm's experience in the government services and digital transformation sectors.
