Safal documented that 70% of participating students reported the STEM initiative helped them learn how to pursue a STEM career, and 67% felt more prepared for college. These initial outcomes validate the program's effectiveness in addressing critical workforce development needs while creating meaningful opportunities for students.
Safal will introduce key enhancements under this new contract renewal: monthly data reporting cycles for real-time insights, stakeholder-customized reports tailored to program-level and site-level operational needs, advanced statistical analyses including longitudinal growth modeling for deeper data intelligence and streamlined collection procedures that minimize district administrative burden.
