Datacor Acquires Informetric Systems, a Leader in Manufacturing Intelligence Software

FLORHAM PARK, N.J., Aug. 19, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Datacor, Inc., a leading provider of process manufacturing, chemical distribution, and engineering software, announces the acquisition of Informetric Systems, a provider of manufacturing intelligence and digital transformation software. This strategic acquisition enhances Datacor's plant-level data capture, reporting, and compliance capabilities, helping customers achieve greater operational visibility and faster decision-making across production environments.
