QinetiQ US Appoints Donna M. Wilson as Chief Financial Officer

Seasoned financial executive brings three decades of federal contracting and international market expertise
MCLEAN, Va., Aug. 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- QinetiQ US today announces the appointment of Donna M. Wilson as Chief Financial Officer, strengthening the company's financial leadership as it pursues strategic growth initiatives across defense and national security markets.

Wilson joins QinetiQ US with more than 30 years of leadership experience in federal government contracting and international markets. She most recently served as CFO at Top Aces Corp, where she successfully developed and led a new U.S. finance organization while overseeing company integration into a unified U.S. corporate structure. Her previous roles include CFO at ST Engineering iDirect, directing financial operations across U.S. and international entities, and leading her own consulting firm. Earlier in her career, she spent 15 years at Unisys Federal Systems in finance leadership positions, including Division CFO, P&L leader, and Controller.
