NEW YORK, Aug. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- American Management Association (AMA), a global leader in professional development, has once again been recognized as a 2025 Training Magazine Network Choice Awards Winner in the Leadership Development category for the sixth year in a row. The Choice Awards is the industry's only crowd-sourced solution provider awards program.

"We're honored to be recognized by Training Magazine Network for the sixth consecutive year," said Manny Avramidis, President & CEO, AMA. "This award reflects our unwavering commitment to developing transformational leaders and delivering impactful learning experiences that drive real-world results."

The Leadership Development category recognizes programs that build the skills, mindset and resilience today's leaders need to thrive. From emerging managers to senior executives, these initiatives reinforce the leading theories, while offering practical, high-impact learning experiences that foster growth, accountability and strategic thinking. This category honors efforts to not only develop individual leaders and overall performance, but also have a focus on strengthening organizational culture to empower everyone's long-term success.

"This year's voting was our most vigorous to date, with more than 13,300 votes for nearly 250 providers. The 'best of the best' were clearly identified by their high rankings based on the effectiveness of their tools, platforms and services," notes Training magazine Editor/Publisher Lorri Freifeld. "These provider organizations are standouts for their customer care, innovation and training solutions that truly optimize, engage and prepare learners. We're excited to recognize their stellar accomplishments and dedication to fostering training excellence."

Training Magazine Network (TMN) is Training 's interactive social learning community and platform for the exchange of ideas and resources among global learning professionals and thought leaders.
