Seedtag Welcomes Joseph Meehan as Chief Exchange & Supply Officer

Veteran programmatic leader to unite technology, data, and partnerships
NEW YORK, Sept. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Seedtag, the global leader in neuro-contextual advertising, today announced the appointment of Joseph Meehan as Chief Exchange & Supply Officer (CXSO), a newly created role to lead the company's global Exchange and Supply business. Based in New York, Meehan will oversee the commercial and technical strategy for Seedtag's programmatic platform across the open web, CTV, and emerging channels.
In his role, Meehan will manage a global, cross-functional team spanning Publisher Sales, Account Management, Yield & Analytics, Exchange Operations, and Strategic Partnerships. His remit includes accelerating Seedtag's global footprint, deepening publisher and platform relationships, driving performance for partners, and scaling the Seedtag Exchange into a market-leading monetization engine.

Meehan brings over two decades of experience building and scaling businesses at the intersection of media, technology, and data. He has held senior leadership roles at IPONWEB, Criteo, Merkle, and [x+1], leading multi-regional teams and delivering consistent double-digit growth. Most recently, as EVP, Global Supply at Criteo, he oversaw the integration and rapid expansion of The MediaGrid, successfully scaling it from launch into one of the leading global SSPs.
