Colgate University Teams Up with Pathify to Launch New Portal Streamlining Access and Strengthening Campus Connections

Modern digital experience simplifies access to campus resources, unifies communications, and lays the foundation for long-term engagement for highly selective liberal arts college
DENVER and HAMILTON, N.Y., Sept. 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Pathify, the leading digital engagement hub for higher education, and Colgate University, a leading liberal arts institution, today announced the launch of Colgate Portal -- a centralized digital experience unifying access to campus systems and information for students, faculty and staff. The launch marks a major milestone in Colgate's ongoing efforts to modernize its digital ecosystem and foster a more connected campus community.
Built on Pathify's Engagement Hub platform, Colgate Portal replaces the university's outdated desktop portal and standalone mobile app with a seamless, responsive experience consolidating critical tools and surfacing relevant content across devices and roles.
In their next phase, Colgate plans to expand its governance model to allow departments and business units to actively manage and customize content areas, leveraging Pathify's real-time analytics for insights into platform usage and engagement trends.

During testing with campus stakeholders, the new portal received praise from students, faculty and staff for its intuitive design, improved organization and the ease of navigation and access to critical academic life tools, including Ellucian Banner, Moodle and Localist.
