Dover Fueling Solutions and Bulloch Technologies Announce Certified Integration with Intevacon to Simplify Fleet Card Acceptance for Fuel Retailers

DOWNERS GROVE, Ill., Sept. 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Dover Fueling Solutions ("DFS"), a part of Dover (NYSE: DOV) and a leading global provider of advanced customer-focused technologies, services and solutions in the fuel and convenience retail industries, today announced the completion of a certified integration between its Bulloch POS((TM)) system and Intevacon Fleet Card Solutions, a leading private label fuel card processor. The integration enables private label fleet card processing through Bulloch POS, offering retailers a turnkey solution.
The certified integration gives Intevacon customers a powerful new option to leverage Bulloch POS, an all-in-one software solution that combines POS, electronic payment system (EPS), forecourt controllers, and pay-at-the-pump functionalities to eliminate the need for multiple systems. Bulloch POS' speed, intelligence, security and reliability make DFS an ideal partner for Intevacon's fleet card automation.
The direct POS-to-host connection reduces complexity and speeds up deployment by eliminating the need for additional hardware at the merchant site. Bulloch POS software comes natively integrated with the Intevacon system, delivering a seamless experience for fleet card acceptance.
Key features of the Intevacon fleet card integration include pay-at-the-pump, product restrictions by fuel grade and real-time account and card management, among other benefits. Leveraging the Intevacon Fuel Network (IFN), card issuers can provide access to more participating fuel sites for purchases beyond their local coverage area with built-in profit margins. Participating IFN Sites will enjoy daily settlement guaranteed by Intevacon.
