MasterClass Launches First Certificates Course: Leadership and Decision-Making Under Pressure With the Navy SEAL Foundation

Professionals will learn how to lead with clarity and calm using battle-tested leadership principles trusted by Navy SEALs
SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- MasterClass, the streaming platform where anyone can learn from the world's best, today launched its first MasterClass Certificates course, Leadership and Decision-Making Under Pressure, developed with the Navy SEAL Foundation. In this nine-module course that takes just 15 to 20 hours to complete, professionals will learn decision-making principles used by one of the most elite military units in the United States and discover how to apply them to high-stakes business environments. The course is available now for enrollment.
Five retired decorated military leaders and former Navy SEALs--including a Congressional Medal of Honor recipient, a Vice Admiral, a Rear Admiral, and a former NASA astronaut--provide the instruction for this course. Each module includes immersive video lessons and interactive readings and activities, such as conducting a personal foundation audit and building a decision leadership map. In the final module, learners will create their own Strategic Leadership Playbook, turning course tools into a 90-day action plan for building trust, making clear decisions, and leading teams under pressure. The course culminates in a distinguishing certificate--designed to stand out on LinkedIn and in interviews--and includes the option to reserve a 30-minute leadership coaching session with a Navy SEAL veteran for personalized feedback.
