Vistex Strengthens Leadership Team, Appoints Channel Veteran Joe Golemba as Executive Director, Global Strategic Alliances & Partnerships

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., Oct. 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Vistex, Inc., a global leader in software solutions for managing pricing, trade, royalties and incentives, today announced the appointment of Joe Golemba, an architect of partner-centric growth, as its Executive Director, Global Strategic Alliances & Partnerships, effective immediately. Golemba will lead the company's global partner channel growth initiatives.

His proven track record includes recognition as a 2025 CRN Channel Chief alongside senior leadership positions at Pricefx, Oracle and Model N, where he built and scaled strategic programs across global markets.
