The new funding round led by Cerberus Ventures will fuel product innovation and go-to-market expansion, building on 3x ARR growth in the last 12 months.
AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Nudge Security, the leading innovator in SaaS and AI security governance, today announced Series A funding of $22.5 million led by Cerberus Ventures with participation from existing investors Ballistic Ventures, Forgepoint Capital, and Squadra Ventures. With the new funding, Morgan Mahlock of Cerberus Ventures will join the Nudge Security board.
