Tech colloquium to promote diversity in graduate schools

Texas Tech will host a higher education summit targeting underrepresented students during the Lone Star Graduate Diversity Colloquium today and Saturday in the Student Union Building. Shannon Samson, coordinator for graduate recruiting at Tech, said the university is hosting more than 30 universities in Texas, including Baylor, Texas A&M and the University of Texas at Austin.
