completed the 2008 SAS 70 Type II evaluation by Eisner, LLP, an independent
service auditor.
The audit assessed the effectiveness of the company's data center control
policies and procedures, information technology, and related quality control
processes to ensure sufficient safeguards are in place.
Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70 is a widely recognized auditing
report for service organizations developed by the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants. The issuance of this service auditor's report
to BPOMS signifies the successful completion of the SAS 70 examination and
confirms that the company has satisfactory data center controls in place for
hosting, IT infrastructure, and processing customer data.
Furthermore, specific controls have been tested and confirmed as suitably
designed to ensure the specified control objectives and activities are
