Binary Tree Debuts Training Schedule For Lotus Notes Assessment Products and Messaging & Application Migration Products For Microsoft
Thursday, May 08, 2008
NEWARK, N.J., May 8 /PRNewswire/ -- As a result of a rising customer
demand and after a very successful two city training beta program Binary Tree,
Inc. announced today a monthly training schedule for their award-winning suite
of products targeted at email and application migration from IBM Lotus
Notes/Domino to the Microsoft platform.
New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Houston and Sacramento have been selected to
host hands-on training classes on Binary Tree's Microsoft Exchange migration
suite of products. Included in the roster of products will be their recently-
released CMT Inspector Express(TM) offering, a complete application analysis
tool for Lotus Notes environments, providing customers with a myriad of
information about their current Notes messaging and application platform and
allowing them to jump-start their move to the Microsoft platform.
Other products in the training catalog include CMT Universal(TM) (CMT for
Exchange) -- a solution designed to migrate directories, email and calendar
entries, contacts, to-dos, journals and archives from Lotus Notes to the
Microsoft Exchange platform; CMT for Coexistence(TM), used to 'unite' Domino
& Exchange platforms during the migration transition phase and CMT for
SharePoint(TM), Binary Tree's latest and highly-anticipated addition to the
suite, designed to migrate Lotus QuickPlace and other applications to
SharePoint.
"Many of our IBM business partners and customers are already well trained
on all our Lotus migration solutions.", states Traci Blowers, Director of
Strategic Alliances at Binary Tree. "This is a great opportunity for our new
Microsoft Partners to get hands on training and experience on our latest
offerings.
Courses are intended to tie primary analysis, coexistence and migration
objectives together and provide attendees with detailed clarification to an
effective transition path. Students will leave each class with extensive
knowledge on how (and why) to analyze Notes environments, advanced Coexistence
options for the Exchange & Domino platforms and how to effectively run a
messaging & application migration project. Hands-on labs will be available
for students to run the analysis and messaging migration portions of the
class.
