UTStarcom to Report First Quarter 2008 Financial Results on May 15, 2008

and services, today announced that it will report financial results for the
first quarter of 2008 after the close of the market on Thursday, May 15, 2008.

The company will host a conference call to discuss the results. The call
will take place at 2:00 p.m. (PDT) / 5:00 p.m. (EDT) on May 15, 2008. The
