Lizza, has been named as Optiant's new Chief Executive Officer. Fred is a 25 year veteran in the software and technology industry where he has succeeded in raising venture capital, leading public offerings, driving growth through internal development and acquisition, building and managing strategic alliances, and developing high performance management teams.

Prior to joining Idiom, Fred was president and CEO of Infinium (formerly Software 2000), a publicly-held ERP software company that was named as one of Business Week's "Top 100 Hot Companies." At Infinium, he was successful in increasing revenues by 250%, leading the company's IPO and secondary public offerings, building a profitable consulting business, and expanding the business globally.

Fred holds an MBA in Marketing from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Science from Boston College.
