Real Estate Advertising Annual analyzes major markets in flux
Thursday, October 12, 2017

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla., Oct. 12, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Major companies are fighting for real estate advertising dominance in four countries --- the U.S., U.K., France and Australia --- with millions of dollars of profits hanging in the balance, a new report from the AIM Group shows.

The 2017 Real Estate Advertising Annual covers pitched battles between Zillow and Move Inc. in the U.S.; Rightmove and Zoopla in the U.K.; Schibsted's LeBonCoin vs. Axel Springer's SeLoger in France, and RealEstate.com.au vs. Domain in Australia. Analyses of those markets lead off the 95-page report, released this week.

"This is our tenth deep dive into the real estate advertising industry worldwide. Even though products, brokers, buyers and sellers keep evolving, the pace of innovation gets more and more relentless," Peter M. Zollman, AIM Group founding principal and executive editor, said. "Major companies like News Corp., Schibsted, Axel Springer and Naspers have invested billions of dollars in real estate advertising businesses, and they're working hard to win --- sometimes against scrappy independents, sometimes against each other."

The report includes coverage of world-class product innovation at Ingatlan.com in Hungary, the rise of start-up Opendoor, and new technologies that are fast changing real estate advertising. It also covers German giant ImmobilienScout24; the reaction to property technology; consolidation and chaos in India's real estate segment, and the three emerging models likely to revolutionize the field. It examines over 30 markets with listings numbers, traffic, and revenue charts.

The 2017 Real Estate Annual is available for $1,495 with a money-back guarantee at AIMGroup.com. A free preview edition is also available at the site.
