TBWA\Chiat\Day LA awarded global lead creative agency, Hearts & Science to focus on U.S. media planning and buying

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- TBWA\Chiat\Day Los Angeles has been named creative global agency of record, and Hearts & Science US was appointed media agency of record, for Intuit's QuickBooks business unit, which provides innovative financial management solutions to small business owners and the self-employed.

The partnership between TBWA\Chiat\Day LA and Hearts & Science proved to be a powerful combination for the California-based financial tech company, which awarded the Omnicom agencies its QuickBooks business following a three-month pitch process. The two agencies delivered a strategy informed with real-time data insights, going well beyond traditional marketing tactics to deliver on market intelligence, creating competitive advantage via personalized digital marketing where CRM and addressable channels converge. The unique approach was powered by a core-integrated team, which delivered bespoke insights through a proprietary research system, fusing the expertise of data, analytics, and social listening to engage the business in cultural relevance.
