Utah tech start-up welcomes Workfront co-founder Nate Bowler as COO
Friday, January 12, 2018

SILICON SLOPES, Utah, Jan. 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Nate Bowler, Workfront co-founder, is changing the game in the Utah technology industry by joining Numetric--a business intelligence software company--as its chief operating officer. Bowler joins Numetric following a successful run at Workfront, seeing the company rise from a bootstrapped startup to a market-leading work management solution provider.

"I am honored to join a company with the potential to transform the business intelligence space," Bowler said. "Being part of a team aspiring to grow and disrupt an established, competitive market is an exciting challenge."

Bowler's work background provides a significant boost to Numetric's leadership team, building on the momentum achieved in 2017. This momentum began with Numetric's record growth and successful fundraising recently led by Insight Venture Partners.

"We chose Nate for this position because we felt he was an incredible candidate," Robert Sweeney, CEO and co-founder of Numetric, said. "As a co-founder of Workfront, he successfully built a mature, well-established business, and we are fortunate to have him. He has an incredible track-record, and he is also super passionate about the BI and analytics space that we are in."

During Bowler's 15-year tenure at Workfront, he served in several executive leadership positions. Bowler started as the co-founding CTO, moved into market development and sales leadership roles, and concluded as executive vice president of global sales.

Bowler previously worked at Novations Group and Excite@Home. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor's degree in computer science.
