        questions and concerns at their convenience, 24/7. Create educational,
        entertaining videos they can watch to further their knowledge of
        available benefits. Take advantage of social media platforms to deliver
        your message.
    --  Provide constant communication. Since both generations are constantly
        connected, it is vital to share benefit information constantly, in many
        formats. Don't be too wordy, the younger generation is accustomed to
        absorbing information in brief, innovative bursts.
    --  Tell a compelling story. It's one thing to share facts and information
        about benefits. That said, millennials and Gen Z will retain more
        information if you use real-world examples and situations. You should
        look for this story within the walls of your business; there is someone
        who made the most of their benefits and can share their success story.
