The acquisition of Sunray enhances HotSpot International's capabilities of providing industry-leading networking services to its customers throughout the U.S. and Latin America, and underscores a five-year working relationship between the two vanguards.

The purchase of Sunray fits into HotSpot International's strategy to become the leader in hospitality network design and management within North America.

The turn-key solutions provider will maintain Sunray's team in whole, reassuring Sunray's customers that they can expect the same passion, high-touch service, and performance, with the extended capabilities that the combined company will offer.
