Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education raises tuition

Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education will increase annual tuition at its 14 schools by about 3.5 percent, to $5,358 per undergraduate student for the 2008-2009 academic year. The total dollar increase will be about $181.
