today announced that subsequent to the filing of the Company's Annual Report
on Form 20-F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the annual
report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2008, is available on the Investor

Longtop will provide a hard copy or email copy of the annual report on
Form 20-F for the year ended March 31, 2008, which contains its audited
consolidated financial statements, free of charge, to its shareholders upon
