3M Canada and IDENTEC SOLUTIONS Combine Forces

DALLAS, July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- 3M Canada and IDENTEC SOLUTIONS today
announced a strategic partnership that recognizes 3M Canada as a distribution
partner for IDENTEC SOLUTIONS' technology.
Under the terms of the agreement, 3M Canada will promote, deliver and
support IDENTEC SOLUTIONS' Position Server and IntelliFIND asset management
application suite across multiple industries throughout Canada, including
construction, oil and gas, mining and electrical and telco markets.

This application suite combines IDENTEC SOLUTIONS patented Intelligent
Long-Range (ILR) active RFID technology with the Position Server and patented
IntelliFIND location software. IDENTEC SOLUTIONS was recently awarded a patent
for the location software solution which delivers accurate location
information for tagged assets in both indoor and outdoor environments. A key
benefit of IDENTEC SOLUTIONS application suite is the minimal reader
infrastructure required to deliver an assets information.
