Thomas Hemingway Named as NextPhase Wireless, Inc. President and CEO

Hemingway will Continue as Chairman of the Board

Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NPHS), a nationwide developer of WiMAX networks and
provider of advanced broadband solutions, today announced the appointment of
Thomas Hemingway, NextPhase's COO since January 2007, as the Company's Chief
Executive Officer effective today. Hemingway, 52, who will continue as
Chairman of the Board, succeeds Robert Ford, 47, who remains on the Board of
Directors.
