Making Yourself Look Better in the Marketplace

"You're as good as J'Lo and Brad Pitt, they just get better press!" suggests new book, "The Art of Branding Yourself"
BLACKLICK, Ohio, Sept. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Learn how to identify and
structure a personal "brand" around your abilities, characteristics and
personal attributes in "The Art of Branding Yourself" (published by
AuthorHouse - http://www.authorhouse.com).
Everyone has favorite brands, like Pepsi or Coke. What do these products
have that you don't have as a human being? Marketing. They have all these
people saying that one is better than the other and that you should try this
one over that one. What if you could do the same thing for yourself?
Jeff Reeves shares his personal journey to success in hopes of helping
others through his experiences, both positive and negative: "One of the most
common mistakes of interviewees is that they are ignorant of the fact that the
administrative assistant is far more important than the president of the
company. How will you ever get an interview set up if you mistreat the
administrative assistant who is in charge of scheduling the interview?"
This book will challenge you to understand yourself, what you stand for in
life, how people look at you and what actions you can take to improve it. Many
want to get a better job or be a better prospect for their own companies to
look at for advancement. "The Art of Branding Yourself" gives you the steps to
do this in your life.
Jeff Reeves has more than twenty years experience in Human Resources and
Operations positions with four Fortune "100" organizations, Pepsi-Cola, US
West, Scott Paper Company and Sam's Club, a division of Wal-Mart (as Senior
Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer with direct Board
experience).
Jeff is an active community leader and the founder of "AOK" (Athletes,
Opportunities and Kids) Enlightening Youth Foundation in Columbus, Ohio. Jeff
was a three-year starter and letterman with the University of Michigan
Wolverines, a former member of the Seattle Seahawks and a standout at
Columbus' Linden McKinley High School, receiving the Columbus Linden McKinley
High School Sports and Academic Hall of Fame.
Jeff's motto: "Be a sponge and absorb it all. Continuous learning."
