Bon Appetit Magazine Goes to the Oxbow Public Market During Harvest Season

NEW YORK, Sept. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Bon Appetit magazine joins a group of
specialty food and wine merchants at the Oxbow Public Market in Napa,
California on Saturday, September 13th.
On September 13th, Bon Appetit at the Oxbow Public Market, sponsored by
AVEENO(R), Cadillac and S.Pellegrino(R) Sparkling Natural Mineral Water, will
feature a variety of Oxbow market vendors and restaurants; three farm-to-table
recipes; sponsor sampling, and exclusive local farm tours that will run both
on Saturday, September 13th and Sunday, September 14th from 9:30 a.m. - 1:30
p.m. Tour participants will be driven to and from the farms in Cadillac
Escalade Hybrids -- the world's first fuel-saving hybrid applied to a large
luxury SUV, delivering a 50-percent fuel economy improvement in city driving.
The Oxbow Public Market is Napa Valley's one-stop shop for the best in
artisan food, wine, organic produce, and casual dining. The market features
multiple restaurant options and vendors selling fresh fish, coffee and tea,
local beef, pasture raised poultry, cheese and organic dairy, a wide
assortment of local wines, house made charcuterie, daily baked bread, the
freshest local produce, and other wonderful foodstuffs for either dining in or
taking home. When the pantry is full, the Market also boasts unique shops
selling handmade local ceramics, culinary antiques, and assorted one-of-a-kind

for those visiting the Oxbow Public Market during the weekend. Each visitor to

to several leading Napa Valley restaurants, including La Toque, Angele,
